BUFFALO CHICKEN PINWHEELS
4 Mission®Soft Taco Flour Tortillas, warmed
8oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup buffalo sauce, plus more for serving
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
4 celery ribs, cut into 3” lengths
- In a large bowl beat together cream cheese, blue cheese, Buffalo sauce, and green onion until smooth. Mix in chicken.
- Lay out tortillas on a countertop and spread with a thin layer of chicken mixture. Roll up tightly, then cut crosswise into 1”-2” rounds.
- Serve pinwheels with extra Buffalo sauce and celery.
