BUFFALO CHICKEN TACOS

INGREDIENTS

4 Mission®Street Tacos Flour Tortillas, warmed

4 tsp. Blue cheese dressing

4 tsp. Blue cheese dressing

4 oz. Grilled chicken, shredded

1 Celery stalk, trimmed, thinly sliced

4 tsp. Blue cheese, crumbled

Favorite buffalo sauce

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat Mission® Street Tacos Flour Tortillas on an ungreased skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 seconds. Flip and heat for another 5 to 10 seconds.
  2. Combine Buffalo sauce and grilled chicken in a bowl, stirring until fully coated.
  3. On one flour tortilla, spread 1 tsp. of blue cheese dressing, shredded chicken mix, several thin slices of celery, and 1 tsp. of crumbled blue cheese.
  4. Top with more of your favorite Buffalo sauce. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
