MEXICAN PIZZA TACOS
12 Mission®Street Tacos White Corn Tortillas
2 tsp. Vegetable oil
12 oz. Lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Salt
¾ cup Enchilada sauce, prepared
2 cups Romaine or iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 Large tomato, diced
1 cup Mexican-style cheese, shredded
½ cup Black olives, sliced
- Preheat oven to 400℉. Lightly oil a large baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium. Add beef, chili powder, garlic and onion powders, and salt and cook, stirring and breaking up meat with a spoon, until cooked through.
- Lay tortillas on baking sheet and spread each with 1 Tbsp. enchilada sauce. Bake until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
- Top tortillas with beef, cheese, and olives. Return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese, and serve.
